Terms of use

• LotteryChecks is a results site for checking. It gathers Thai Government Lottery and Lao Development Lottery results that have already been announced to the public and shows them in a form that is easy to search.
• There is no betting and no gambling of any kind. We take no deposits, sell no tickets and do not act as an intermediary for any provider.
• This is not an official announcement channel. Entitlement to a prize is decided by the announcement of the issuing body. For the Thai Government Lottery that is the Government Lottery Office (glo.or.th).
• We do not predict results, do not endorse numbers and offer no service that claims to raise the chance of winning.

We take results from the official source first and compare them with a second source every time, and we check the numbers for consistency before publishing. We do not guarantee that the data is free of errors.

Before claiming a prize or making any decision with financial consequences, always check against the official announcement. If you find data that does not match, tell us through the contact page. We will correct it and say what was corrected.

Lottery results are public information and can be reused free of charge. We provide both an embed code and a public API that needs no key. See the widget and API pages on the Thai-language site.

What we ask is that you credit us with a link back when you use a table, statistics or data from this site elsewhere.

Do not collect data in a way that disturbs the service for other users. The public API already has a rate limit. Please stay within it.

• Registration is optional. It is used only to save favourite numbers and receive alerts.
• Alerts are an extra service and delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on them as your only way of learning a result.
• You can cancel alerts or ask us to delete your account at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

The website is provided as it is. We are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, from inaccuracies in the data, or from interruptions to the service. Any decision made from information on this site is the user's own responsibility.

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
